Testing & Repair Facilities
Our mobile rig conducts on-site load testing and certification—quarterly for tackle and bi-annually for lifting machinery. Records are kept for traceability, and minor repairs can be made. Failed units are tagged red with “FAILED – Do Not Use.”
The stationary rig handles up to 20 tons using dead weight for dynamic testing, while the mobile rig uses a hydraulic system for dynamic and static tests up to 10 tons.
Our Testing and Repair Facility at Tech North is specifically designed to support efficient operations, featuring several dedicated sections:
Stripping Bay with Parts Washer – For disassembling components and cleaning parts.
Engineering Section – Ensuring all repairs are completed accurately and to the highest standards.
Repair Unit – Where components are restored and serviced.
Quality Inspection Unit – Verifying that all repairs meet required specifications.
Storage Unit – Safeguarding pending jobs until they are ready for further processing.
Lifting Store – Stocked with essential parts to help you complete your tasks efficiently.
Additionally, we provide Color Coding Rings, Spares, and Tags for identifying failed items.
We take great pride in our work and prioritize your safety. Our Administration Unit manages all details, tasks performed, and findings, recording them on a job card, which is securely filed for five years in compliance with OHS and SANA specification requirements.
