Our mobile rig conducts on-site load testing and certification\u2014quarterly for tackle and bi-annually for lifting machinery. Records are kept for traceability, and minor repairs can be made. Failed units are tagged red with \u201cFAILED \u2013 Do Not Use.\u201d<\/p>\n

The stationary rig handles up to 20 tons using dead weight for dynamic testing, while the mobile rig uses a hydraulic system for dynamic and static tests up to 10 tons.<\/p>\n
